Agreement

By using Dialed ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

Description of Service

Dialed provides surf forecasts for the San Francisco Bay Area, including swell, wind, and tide information. Forecasts are generated from public data sources and are provided for informational purposes only.

Dialed Premium Subscription

Pricing

• Dialed Premium: $19.99 per year (USD)
• Prices may vary by region

Billing

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

Managing Your Subscription

To cancel or manage your subscription:

1. Open Settings on your iPhone
2. Tap your name (Apple ID)
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Select Dialed
5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Disclaimer

Surf forecasts are inherently uncertain. Dialed provides forecasts based on publicly available data and models, but we cannot guarantee accuracy. Ocean conditions can change rapidly and may differ from forecasts.

Do not rely solely on this App for safety decisions. Always:

• Check conditions in person before entering the water
• Know your skill level and limitations
• Be aware of local hazards
• Follow lifeguard guidance where available

Dialed is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from use of forecast information.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Dialed. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dialed and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
