Overview

Dialed ("the App") is a surf forecasting application for the San Francisco Bay Area. We care about scoring waves, not personal data, so we don't collect any.

Data Collection

Dialed does not collect, store, or share any personal information.

• No account registration required
• No email addresses collected
• No location tracking
• No analytics or usage tracking
• No advertising identifiers
• No data shared with third parties

Subscriptions

Dialed Premium subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to:

• Your payment information
• Your Apple ID
• Your billing address
• Any other personal details

Subscription management, billing, and cancellation are handled through your Apple ID settings.

Third-Party Services

The App fetches surf forecast data from public sources:

• CDIP (Coastal Data Information Program)
• NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration)
• Open-Meteo

These services receive only the data requests necessary to display forecasts. No personal information is transmitted.

Data Storage

All App data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store user data.

Children's Privacy

Dialed does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with an updated date.
